Um, you do spank her, for each bad answer. If you're referring to after all the questions have been asked, then no: you only feel her up. The process is designed to be slow and steady. Note that if you spank her too many times when she gets an answer right, she'll get angry with you and tell you to leave. With that in mind, it makes sense that she wouldn't want you smacking her ass all the time.
In Man of the House, spanking Veronica becomes an addiction / fetish for her eventually. So far in Bad Bobby Saga, I don't get that feeling. It feels more like spanking is a mechanism for taming her only. I could be wrong, but I suspect that after she's dominated, she won't like spanking in bed.
