Right, but Neero (I think) is saying there's not even an option to spank her. I think he gets the options for No Catch and Spank for wrong answers, and trying the second option tells him she needs trust first. It's been a long time, so I can't remember the exact route I followed before.
Probably the closest game would be a Japanese one called Waifu Academy. It's very similar in that the mc is an immoral sexual deviant. Unfortunately, like most of the 3d Japanese games on here, it doesn't look very good, but it might scratch an itch.
