Um, you do spank her, for each bad answer. If you're referring to after all the questions have been asked, then no: you only feel her up. The process is designed to be slow and steady. Note that if you spank her too many times when she gets an answer right, she'll get angry with you and tell you to leave. Right, but Neero (I think) is saying there's not even an option to spank her. I think he gets the options for No Catch and Spank for wrong answers, and trying the second option tells him she needs trust first. It's been a long time, so I can't remember the exact route I followed before.
Probably the closest game would be a Japanese one called Waifu Academy. It's very similar in that the mc is an immoral sexual deviant. Unfortunately, like most of the 3d Japanese games on here, it doesn't look very good, but it might scratch an itch.
