You can get a sleeping pill from the mother. How to get Lizza water or any other drink with it, I dont know. Only one I know you can fetch water is lucy when she come back drunk, but you not allowed to put sleeping pill in that one either afaik
What is the end of the study path with Lucy? Slap her ass, and go jerk off in your room? The journal says keep study with her. but can't seem to trigger any new events.
