first post in his recovered Patreon says the page is the home of Bad Bobby Saga only, you know, actually it's not:

He said he had to create a new story to "fool" Patreon and later post updates about the main game, but at the same time he mentioned that the new Patreon was the home of Bad Bobby Saga. It seemed to me like a lie so he could profit from side stories while promising updates about something he wouldn't deliver.

Now he admits that he can't post BBS there anymore. I doubt he'll waste time updating BBS when he can make money doing these alternative stories forever.

However, if anyone has the right to make money from the characters, it's him. We'll have more stories from the Bobby multiverse, but now created by the original author.

Well... maybe it wasn't a good idea to start with a render of a child sticking his face between the buttocks of a woman in a bikini hahah I think Patreon can understand this as an ambiguous physical interaction between a minor and an adult. As long as users don't report him, I think he can get away with it.

Nobody gonna point out the fact he said "FINAL" update for the main game, meaning Lucy fans, Anna fans and Jenny fans aren't getting shit and ive heard the final update is a liza LOVE story.

I don't think anyone will mention this as everyone already knows it was a lie hahah to be fair, it may even be true, but from what they say you can't trust what he promises.

While Rainces is playing around building sandcastles at the beach, I'm still working on Lucy's events.



Sure, Im not Rainces, but maybe I can continue parts of the game in a satisfactory way. Let's see! Apparently we don't have much of a choice other than to continue the game ourselves.

I actually write quickly. I might spend 5 minutes commenting on things if I don't feel like going into more detail. I can do that while rendering an image that takes 2 hours. So even if I talked less, it wouldn't help my work on the game.

yes. it is not the original, that's gone forever. after that he made this alternative patreon around may 2024, but this one was also banned (well, technically went "under review"). he has recovered the alternative one.

A lot of the time, it feels like Rainces is actually Bobby. Bobby seems largely clueless about things, seems surprised when they get caught for doing "bad" stuff even though they knew it was "bad", but then does the same thing again and is shocked when the same result occurs from the same action. Was it completely foreseeable that their last update would get them banned from Patreon? 100%. Is it foreseeable that their newer page will face the same result, given just what we've seen so far? Very likely, so we shouldn't be surprised when it happens. We also shouldn't be shocked when Rainces just scratches his head, sounds confused and hurt, and tries to figure out what to do next when that happens.

Because when this game first dropped the average age was around 35-38 (us average) of course the women depicted is going have a little more cushion for pushing, now its around 28-32 so milfs are obliviously going to be depicted younger in popular culture, media and fantasy.

For me, I've never specifically been into the MILF archetype precisely because of the bigger breasts, butt, and also the way the face looks sometimes. In older women, the skin grows tighter. I have nothing against people growing old (other than me), but I'm fonder of a mother character that looks more youthful. A mother I'd actually want to fuck, versus one that just doesn't do it for me. Anna looks youthful, but still works as a mother. She looks a little too old to be a sister, but could be if there was an age gap. Or she could be an aunt. But I like her as the mother, and like how her body has evolved over the years. I guess I haven't specifically been paying attention, but I definitely like the recent screenshots of her. I'd much rather have this than a woman with a tightened face, larger saggy breasts, and exaggerated hips and ass. But it comes down to individual tastes. I prefer my porn game women to be one style of unrealistic, while many others like more realistic, or beyond that into unrealistic again, but in a different way.

I found it curious that Dr. Bones explicitly talked about his banned game there, and he still has the account to this day. Maybe Rainces won't have any problems with that.

But my point was that Rainces doesn't actually plan on continuing BBS for now. He just talked about this strategy to fool people who expect BBS updates. I believe he'll keep doing these side projects, and maybe in a few months post something related to BBS, but nothing big, just to keep people's hopes alive and keep them supporting Patreon.

One curious thing is that I think even this new Dr. Bones game violates the platform's guidelines hahah. But I don't think Patreon has investigators downloading and testing the games. I think they act through reports and automatic nudity filters.

I though this was standard practice at this point, since the Patreon purge. Just don't leave or state any refences of the subscribestar account like user name or context of use on other platforms or it may put the Patreon account into "account review" status.

Rancies, Ziptiefun and pleanty other devoplers have had this happen to them or learned from it.
Patreon is not for games was never desgined nor its intendend use case for games; digital or otherwise it is by the excutives own admittance during a court hearing they stated (parphraseing) "Our platform is for companies interested in designing of pyisical products seeking financial backing too implement the design and production then go to market with such products". Later when this excutive was ask on the defining of product priorities within the first sentence was stated "Games or gaming culture is not a priority".

Now lets say you go to doctor and he/she flatout stated your health is no concern to me and here take this and call me in two weeks, leaving the room.

i can be very naive but i read it differently. he needs a legit project in patreon so he needs to work on that bullshit adventure island or whatever for sure. but the way i read it is that he wants to come back to BBS on the condition that he regains some of the former support. "gimme money then i would come back to BBS, not immediately because bullshit legit project is necessary, but you know, if you support me here you'll be supporting BBS in the long term". which is... fair? but then explicitly mentioning the banned game there and choosing a shota game as the 'legit alternative' is a bit... reckless, not to say pretty stupid unnecessary.

sigh... i chose to hiperfixate in the wrong game, definitely. this is the only game i'm eagerly waiting for new releases and it's future looks bleak.

I'm just wondering why Rainces is so stubbornly pushing for this patreon? From what he writes, he's wondering if what he posts regarding new stories won't be banned again. What kind of artist lets the source of the publication dictate what he can and can't post? It's really strange considering the number of platforms he can publish on.. even Steam is much less strict.

Your main problem is taking Rainces at his word. To be fair, there was at least one time in the last few years when he has said "one month", and it was actually one month. Usually, he says "one month" or "it is in beta testing", and then he disappears for several months or longer. I've always had the suspicion he says stuff like this just to make people sign up for his patreon in anticipation of a new update about to drop. I've followed this game for way longer than I'd like to think, so I just ignore his promises and wait until I actually see the update posted before I believe. Rainces makes all kinds of promises that either don't come true, or where the timeline is way, way off. Maybe things are different, given they said they lost their job and need the money. But at the same time I'm not automatically believing anything they say.

And as others have said, Rainces is likely to lose this new Patreon page because they're going about it all wrong. As soon as that happens, there's an excellent chance that Rainces goes silent again for an extended period of time. It's possible they still drop the next update, but I think that unless they can find a way to make decent money out of it, they won't. Making money out of the current BBS requires more complexity and guile than they've shown themselves capable of. It's very hard to do without Patreon if you're in this for the money. But BBS as it stands right now won't fly there, and Rainces just doesn't seem to get that showing any connection between their new page and their old game is not a good idea.

What does that mean? That those who publish on patreon earn money from it, and those who publish on subsribestar, itch, steam and other platforms do it for charity? That's totally absurd. That would only make sense if Rainces, like last time, created an account and waited for it to fill up with subscribers without publishing anything. Except that last time it didn't work out
