Got some ideas if anyone wanted to continue:
1) Full drawn out busts of the characters would be nice, relative to Urban Demons. At least show the hips or the entire body at least once. You could have them standing together with full drawn busts showing the height difference between the boy and the milf. Then it proceeds with their intimate conversational busts which in turn would involve more attention to detail rather than them being so fully or semi-fully drawn out. The size of the bust determines how close and intimate the conversation is proceeding.
2) You have two additional possible characters that could be added. Storekeeper (which has never been added as a character beyond a basic sprite image nor implemented into the game - except as a reminder that something is supposed to be included in the future) and the blonde teacher. The blonde teacher bust has been made at the very least.
3) Alternate story directions pending on your conversation choices. So you have ultimately two routes (purity/polite and deviant/flirty).
4) Each woman/milf offers a different approach to who is dom/sub or who is doing the molestation or fun-time activity (wink).
There are three outcomes and three inputs. As a minimalistic example: You should have three opportunities to interact before a scene plays out. And three scenes where input is made from the character before a sexual activity occurs or a minor change in the setting in the story takes place. And then three minor sexual activities before a major sexual activity or a major setting in the story takes place. Scene input determines minor sexual encounter or minor scenery change output. Minor sexual encounter output or minor scenery change output determines major sexual events or major scenery changes to the progression of the story. The second choice of input is only available after the first two options if you choose to be polite and follow up with being flirty or vice versa. A gray/grey option if you will. You might have to input more choices and offer more length of interaction if you include more women or if you want more variety of outcomes. Ideally, more input = more women, more length of interaction = outcome possibilities. You can also mix it up in outcome possibilities to reflect personality quirks.
Input 1: Polite (Reserved)
Input 2: Sincere (Hook, line and sinker)
Input 3: Flirty (All out)
Output 1: Sub/Submissive (Molested)
Output 2: Co/Cooperative (Mutual)
Output 3: Dom/Dominant (Take Charge)
There can be 6 women considering where I think EvilToddler was trying to go towards. 4 ultimately as the initial ladies in the game, but clearly the teacher was another addition to be included in time.

This is called Skeleton Design. You have your Skeleton or Framework if you will of how the game will progress.
You can do whatever you want and I hope anyone who is reading this does read all of it and realize this is just advice.
