It is definitely a strange complaint that the models have real life like proportions, also i would hardly call having to click on a few arrows as open world element. That is quite common in ren'py engine visual novels.

This against all the odds is a very good game and a kinda wholesome one too despite premise which was why I never touched it before - lets be honest a group of broken home girls isnt my first turned to direction for jerk material lol.
I mean I was wrong to think theyd be broken, even the therapist seems broken and from a bad place growing up (ill assume café chick is gonna end up craziest given her enthusiasm to a complete stranger in the MC but that on the other hand like the others affection for him could be wholesome too). Speaking of which even the MC aint a complete jerk despite hints of grudges and emo sentiments because of his bad childhood.
Models look great, I actually am rooting for the cast and they are all good fun to interact with despite every reason to make them otherwise given circumstances. I also like to think romance is hinted at with all without need for forced content or drugs so yeah mad props to the dev. I feel guilty not giving this a chance earlier and only complaint having completed current version was the scenes with Jada are a bit off putting with her cold dead stare face during the animations (the car scene was best in entire game ironically having said that but the rest of hers... the eyes man, those cold dead stares lol). Looking forward to seeing this game develop and hope all the best success to him/her as been a while since a liked a story and cast this much. I think others like me are prob sleeping on this for the same reasons.

Just finished the latest version and I am thinking that it is a pretty good game and I forward to seeing how it goes in the future hopefully a long one

Well, that kinda is the main driving force of the story, so maybe this game isn't for you if you don't like it.
While that is true and a fair point, it also means the loss of potential patreons. Not hating on the game or anything.

Correct me if i am wrong but, Ellie is Rachel's daughter who grew up together with Jill so they treat each other as sisters but Rachel never married Jill's father so technicaly they aren't sisters under the (U.S.) law.

So far this game looks great. I'm very interested in the story and each of the characters. The cliffhangers just tease me in the right ways and make me want to come back for more! I'm looking forward to the continuation of the story.

having an incest fanbase outweights 100x more the people who doesn't like incest. Just let you know that incest fantasy currently the most popular category on pornhub BY FAR. Porn studios started to make incest themed scenes like crazy (ofc major ones have to use 'step x' because of the rules). If we talk about games, vn games that has incest makes too much money right now. It's definetly a safe and a fine choice for the devs. That's why most of the popular games here has incest tag. Also I don't want to give a spoiler but we are not sure if this game has incest or not. That's not resolved in the story yet

I just noticed replaying again that Ellie was right there around the corner of Jill's burned apartment and Rachel knew both her phone number and that the place burned down.
