Looking at the banner image just now, I found myself suddenly curious.

What inspired the choice of the names for the characters? And the general looks? Was it all just random? Happy accident? Inspired by other sources?

Theory: you find out that you're in a porno game, but you're not the MC; you're just part of Jada's Harem.

It makes sense. From Jada's point of view, she has a sexy redhead friend, who she can start fooling with. Then she finds out that her sexy redhead friend has a half-sister she's attracted to, and she becomes your lover as well. Then the sexy redheaded friend's mother as well.

The whole game is you becoming part of Jada's slowly-building lesbian harem.

Humm... I'm not sure if it's because of the mod, but there's been some weird bugs going on in the last few steps of the game (last so far, at least). I left Katie on her house, and then the day seemed to start again, instead of having the date with Hanna. Then a "new" day began, and it was actually the day before that. Or so it seemed, because then I was allowed to go to the cafe, and it looks the date already took place, and I'm her hero ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

I don't know what's going on, but I'm starting to get some Groundhog Day's vibes, here.

If you're not on the Katie route the first version of 0.7 made that happen. recreation had either posted a patch for that or updated the version after I reported that bug here.

I did both actually, but you also need to either start a new game or start from a save before day 9 to trigger some new variables.

The "Katie route" is the "coerced" one? I mean... She seemed to be somewhat "willing", but I still wasn't a fan of that kind of approach, so I chose not to take that path, believing I'd be rewarded later on for not pushing her and, basically, confirming her theories.

This is an odd path and quite unique. For full disclosure the MC believes that they are coercing Kat, she knows that she could stop it at any time but chooses not to, there isn't currently a major negative side to playing hard ball with her so go for it, the content isn't going to get extreme on you or anything.

I'm fairly certain I remember rec saying that if you don't molest her that is opting out of her completely, there isn't going to be another way to get with her.

Presumably it's because she's basically playing tsundere, and if you don't bite she assumes you aren't interested and reassesses her life choices and expectations.

But the implication seems to be that she does want it, right from the start, and is deliberately trying to provoke you into it, because it's apparently what she thinks she wants. But with the door potentially open to shift the narrative later (ie, either keeping it dom/sub style or maybe morphing it into something more sincere/genuine).
