Could you please post your maps rpy file and your faulty save file?

i'm not the op but have the same problem. this is my current maps.rpy file and the old-maps.rpy, i encounter the problem with multiple saves. i tried it with 4 different saves

yeah i got the same issue. i replaced the file's content, keeping a copy of the original as maps-old.rpy just in case but it didn't do anything. i tried older saves too but the issue persists.

try renaming older file to not .rpy.

i chatted with the dev a bit about this and for me, uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick. instead of renaming the current maps.rpy file and adding the new one, I just overwrote it, restarted the game and it worked. MacOS Standalone 0.9.1

Well, if you replace the maps.rpy file while the game is running, you have to restart it. The problem occurs if you pursue only Ellie, or Ellie and Rachel, Jada, Katherine. Basically anyone without their own location on the map. Originally school doesn't count.

well I'm playing with the multimod and the i-patch and got a blank map after the scene with the two porn stars, haven't the time to test it in vanilla state

The patch messes up the story. I used a walkthrough mod in the beginning. Now it's not as important. If I want to check a variable I use the console (shift+o). If you upload your save file I'll have a look.

You know how Hanna keeps calling the female mc "my heroine"? It still sounds weird to me. I'm like why heroin? Why not something else, like "my ecstasy"?

You replaced the maps file after visiting school, right? Any other saved games before going to town on day 13 should work as intended. Anyway here's your fixed file. I just changed the value of the damn variable. Just replace your old file.

OK, I approached it differently and opted for the easier solution this time. Hopefully it should work for everyone. Now you need to visit only one location, before you can return home.

Yes, there's the problem. If you had a previous save, it would have worked. In future a play through you can use the new fix or keep the old one. Either one should work in a new game.
