As others mentioned, you can keep track of your saves yourself via the saves folder, you can also rely on most of them being saved in your AppData folder.
Me - despite them being stored there, I like to handle them by myself. Makes it much easier to get to them if the need arises.
But even if you lost your saves for whatever reason, Renpy has some ways to get to where you were.
Unless the dev deactivated the corresponding options, you can skip through the game by pressing Ctrl.
What exactly is skipped and what stops you from skipping further can be set in the settings:
(Default like this is skipping through known content and stopping at choices, so this activates where you want to skip in addition to that.)
You can also press Tab, which will automatically skip based on your settings until it stops, without the need to keep a key pressed. Ctrl gives you better control and skipping in bursts though in case you might want to stop in between somewhere.
Pressing Tab again ends the auto-skip.
Same if you click on the 'skip' button in the Renpy in-game menu:
Lastly, you can right-click the 'skip' button and get this dialog:
The advantage is, that Tab/the skip button actually runs through every screen and takes its time. That's great if you still want to skim through the story to remember, but not if you just want to get there without waiting some minutes in case of a more content-heavy game.
This option however literally just jumps to the next choice without context. This also means you can't scroll back here - because there is no rollback sequence generated by automatically running through the game.
It also means however that depending on the number of choices between you and the point you want to reach, this will be WAY faster.

Your opinion on the font is subjective, the dev obviously likes that font so that's why he uses it........same with colors and outlines, it's because the dev wants them like that.

This is usually the ONLY reason I'll look at a mod. Update the font, or control of the text-box opacity. Text, whatever color gets lost in the background at some point.
Out of curiosity, how much do you miss out on with Rachel if you completely avoid taking advantage of the pills or building up obedience?

No, if I decide to protect my free work from those who "repackage" it on their monetary sites to make a profit off my free work given to you has nothing to do with the product placement here... all my mods are exclusively released on this site only, no other place. You do not have to pull the engine out of your brand-new car to enjoy it as intended, that's a whole different topic. And for your information, The main reason I package them this way to eliminate technical support issues so we are all on the same page. If folks are pulling shenanigans constantly then I have almost zero capability to resolve true issues and not waste countless hours ultimately finding out someone is fucking around with something they don't understand and broke it themselves. That's not my responsibility.

Gna, im tired. reading back 3 pages of bitching, spamming and explaining where the fucking savegames of renpy savegames are is enough.
So, from what i understood this is a leaked beta cripple and nowhere near the overall bugfree quality of real releases. What i didnt found on the last 3 pages is when the real public release will be...and considering the savegame discussion i just read if there will be any problems loading the last savegames or if this just is a beta problem.

You're looking for Patreon service from a pirate site. The lowest tier is two bucks and you get to play the dissatisfied customer.

Maybe you could try reading the things you quote and answer, because i only asked about the public release and the dev is here as well and provides those public releases from the beginning.
Personally i would ban every wannabe pirate who leaks games from devs who even provide public releases without patreon only content or 10+ versions behind because all they do is piss off the good devs and damage their reputation by uploading bugged cripples.
And its not a tier x patreon annoncement to tell when the public release will be public released
