The folder is named 'BM-1544724770' (not sure about the numbers, but it's there)

you get used to it, most if not all of newish games are gamename-numbers or game's initials and numbers, if for some reason dev changes name before publication then game has 2 names, what is shown on start etc and other which is shown under \renpy.

I found the in-story relationships good enough. Rachel seems to have been MCs mum for most of their childhood anyway. So what if she didn't actually give birth to MC? She definitely did give birth to Ellie

And seems to have raised both together for a significant period. So by the canonical relationships there is actual proper incest in the game already. It doesn't need tweaking to make it all full incest. But that's my two cents. It's all hot and fun as is for me. Would it be cool if Rachel was MCs birth mum? Sure, but it's not a requirement for me to enjoy what's here.

I'm sorry but how on earth does this game rate 4.5 Stars. The Writing is terrible and where the MC is involved it is even worse. He's such an idiot/self-absorbed/Prick. The standards here are getting even lower that ever. Sorry Just My Opinion.
