If you played the beta I posted a couple of weeks ago, then no, just a few added and fixed scenes.

You can use the universal gallery unlocker to fix it.

Well, 20 min long story with sex scenes... Without sex it's 10? I dunno. I understand that we have a few sex scenes with extra angles, animations and it all goes in two sexes, but is it worth it? All these technical difficulties that require a lot of time to implement only to get 3-4 meaningful scenes? That's what I was talking about when I said how the author loses the interest to the story.

This game is kind of special due to the fact that incest patch - a thing that usually "fixes" the story and turns nonesensical landladies/roommates into an actually logical family members - in this game introduces a shitton of dumb plotholes and illogical moments. But to specify on your question - yes, you get to fuck your real sister in a non-patched version.

One of the LI is MC half-sister (same father, different mothers).
The incest patch change the mother of the half-sister, who's also a LI, to be also your mother.
So the ones who can't leave without banging their mother will stop whining here.
But this patch is nonsense story-wise, because MC mother died a long time ago, it's part of the plot

I really don't like the "ai enhanced" look. It just feels weird and uncanny.
At least with the traditional somewhat cartoony 3d rendered images, I have my imagination to fill in the missing realism.
But, ai totally ruins that.
I don't know, maybe it's just me.
