It was buged in Chapter 6 with the movie and I solved it with the console hint somebody gave here.

Also check the progress in the gang hideout! You also must renovate the gangs living room. Just visit it a few times in cause you neglected it.

depends how quickly you want, if you can wait a week ingame time then by fucking val and choosing options with ! mark, if don't have time and patience then save editing.
