There are 10 different basic settings for the visitors and there is a visit counter that has influence on it.
I just did not imagine someone hits that limits so soon
But this will be fixed with next update.
You must open the fix-archive and copy all the files directly to the scripts folder and replace the old files.

The fixfile-archive does not play a role in your case because you don't need it.
