Bella means literally beautiful in Italian, right? Maybe its a play on words like Banking on Beautiful girls one of which just happens to be named Bella?

Uh no. The girl in your sig is bella and she appears in the game. Depending on what choices you make. I haven't run into her in mine but I didn't go down that path.

Not necessarily a bad thing. Better than games where the titular character is forced upon you, even when there are better characters around. I imagine her role will grow though.Bella is in the game's name, she's in the center of the banner. It seems she's a pretty important character but we don't interact much with her yet after several updates
I really like this game, Janice is my favourite character, I like the femdom content, I hope for more

Do I need to rename the I-patch or will the game read "Banking_on_Bella-v0.04b-Patch-pc.rpa" as the correct file?

Some spanking of the ugly (beauty in the eye of the beholder) boss. Not seen anything else. It's not a BDSM centric game by any means from what I've seen but who knows in the future.
i've played this thru v0.03b, n always try 2 explore all the options...n i tried "ignoring" Gina, n went out for drinks w/the twins, n nothing good resulted from it (no h-scene, nothing). i hope choosing 1 doesn't cut off the other, b/c Gina is SUPER-fine, n luv that i already got to put my baby-making seed in her against her will...now gotta do the same thing to the twins, n hopefully they'll wind up cleaning up after each other.
btw...w/the update, is there any way to just download it by itself, or do u have to download the whole game again? n if so, will the newer version incorporate the saves, patch, n in-game mod from it's earlier version? thx UPDATE: so apparently there's no way to download just the update, which means u gotta download the new version of the I-patch, n install it again. OH...found out the hard way that the in-game mod doesn't work w/this version, since it's from v0.03.4b, n this is v0.04b; so could REALLY use an updated mod OscarSix
P.S. is the dev giving the player the option 2 determine whether or not the 2 girls dancing at the club are actually ladyboys or not? or just how the MC n Rob react 2 them? i guess so!! BUT,...it's not in this version??!! c'mon @Pablo3000
