Are these updated to the newest versions? They seem to have stopped updating their games in 2021

These are about as updated as they get. I do know that there are a few more things since then, which are included in the files, but they're very small updates.
Random Questions but have you figured out how to edit the swf files so you could for example just have a gif of an action happening? I'm asking because I've been trying to open up the swf file but it seems they have a bunch of decoupled frames. I essentially want to create gifs of action shots but it doesn't seem like I'm able to do that. Have you found a way to do that yet or nah

You should be able to just find it in the shooting games section. If you're referring to the animations themselves, you'll need to basically recreate them in Poser or Daz3d.
I found merlinking artist deviantart which has some characters quite similar to barbarianbabes

His stuff seems pretty decent. Barbarianbabes used Victoria 4, which is also where many of the fun titty deformations I'm familiar with are at. I wonder whether merlinking uses Poser or Daz3d.
