I didn't fully understand the game. Are there any friends who can give me some tips to progress in the game? Because I couldn't see any walktroughs and I couldn't figure out exactly how I could upgrade buildings or earn gold, so I can't progress in the game. I would be happy if you help.

Not quite a walkthrough, that is impossible to do in a sandbox type game, but a sample path. It gives an impression what to do and where to gain what. The first tab in the xls in the zip contains tables for looking things up. Not much there yet as it is early days for this game. The xls is contained in a zip as lots of things don't like open xls attachments. Also a pdf of the last tab for quick viewing.

There is button on the village management sceren that explains how to upgrade buildings. It says "explain mechanics". Click on it.
There are other instances with this button on other screens.
I made the effort of including them for people who might be lost, so please make use of these buttons!
And you can earn gold by trading goods with a merchant in Elmore Hills, or helping Red Tonya in the Badlands of Rockhaard for example.

There is a quest screen!
Press "q" in game to access it. And it even has a hint system.
Also, there is a button called "explain mechanics" on several screens, like village management, map, etc...
Otherwise, just go with the flow, visit various places in the village during day or night for sexy meetings, use the map to go and explore the lands and meet new people (and have sexy encounters too...)

For 0.2.1 the only way to get a civilization point is:
- spare Golduns's life
- by official (programmed by Epiclust) cheat when going to Atalantis
For 0.2.2 (yet unpublished) a third way will be added. Can't say anything more about it.
This game looks so good, but I can't get over the impossible balloons on everyone in the screenshots. I know some like them, and I don't mind it on some characters, but not on everyone. Oh well - I guess this is not for me, and I'm happy for those that love it.

Looks like Barbarian is what draws in the ladies, so not sure about the point of civilized points. Girls wanna be savaged so badly!
Barbarian with a mouth is this MC new trade mark. Elaria be free to use her mouth on MC all the times she needs to.

The civilized banter is also pretty alluring, even if it comes with conditions.

This game is in desperate needs of a to-do or hint system. Triggering new quests and events is not intuitive enough to just have us fumbling around to see what is new.
It's poor form to keep telling us to refer to the changelog. Necessary information should be IN THE GAME ITSELF!
I think the root of the problem is that your game is not designed with the enjoyment of the current player in mind. You're catering to future players of a future completed game. It's pretty unsatisfying to have dozens of ''open'' quests and events that are on hold. I'd rather have one or two that can actually be advanced to completion. I'd rather live in a 3 house village than a giant metropolis of half-constructed buildings.
