As I said already, you need a free worker AND a population of 4. Then you can create a second horde. To get a fourth population, you need to defeat the beast at the Cold Moors.

Thank you again for your help. The Cold Moors hex is complete (the village is now abandoned), but I only have 3 workers. I must have missed an opportunity to add to my population earlier in the game.

You killed the beast, right? Not Chief Unferth (leader of that village) for a barbarian point?
Then you must have lost a population due to starvation earlier on. You're best starting a new game in that case, always keep enough food for winter!

Rongthurn Woods - when I go there, it turns me away. I have the map and Q screen and reveal hint tells me to go there. Any idea?

I think you looked at the wrong hint panel.
The map you got from Chief Thundergar is related to the first quest, Rongthurn Woods is related to the second quest.

What level is your armory? If there is a small 2 next to it, then it is level 2, the highest currently available level of upgrade.

You have to be more precise with your issue, I don't understand at all what you are talking about. The roaming phase is for visiting places in the village, you ARE "home" at that stage.

It happended the same to me, its like a bug when you open the map and click to travel it says "you have to return to trimmeria first", when Im actually at the village.. I dont understand and cant revert the bug, cant travel anywhere.

For the stealth training, you first need to unlock the second tip about Pontheugh. You can get that by sending a scout there, or talk to Suk-Yu-Dong.
For commanding a horde, click on the green icon to the left of the horde on the Bresteria map. That opens up the command menu.

Likely not a bug. Is the MC the commander of the second horde? Then he is by definition never at home, unless that horde is at home.

What did you do? Killed the chief or the beast? If you killed the chief they are certainly not going to work for you.
Having 4 workers looks like this at the top right when you have an upgrade in the works only 3 show as working somewhere (in village management) or being in a horde (in horde management).
