If you are still interested, I have found these three on Steam:

forgetmap (mapname) - reset the map (useful, if you missed a specific event)
addexp (number) - adds EXP to every character in the group x100 (If you type "100", all your characters in a current group get 10000 exp at the end of the map).
spawnitem (name) - creates an item on the ground under the character

The better question is are there games like this but more gay? There's not *that* much gay sex here, most content is just sprites with dicks out and even the text sex scenes are few and far between honestly.

honestly, the representative of the merchant guild did say that the two other people he got to play had a notable lack of man meat sandwiches in their playthroughs so im guessing you'd actually have to seek it out
