I think it's random but on the bus towards the beach I was accosted by thug beat him and he had a photo and receipt on him that gave location. Then go to beach and you can now go to the cabin.

Yes, and it's not random. The first time you board the bus on Day04, you WILL meet the thug.

I think it was really excellent at building tension and sexual excitement as the scene progressed. Don't think it went too far. Would love to see another scene in the same vein involving Jennifer and her husband.
This is a run with the double Maria/Teagan. But it is costly. You have to work at the lifeguard tower on day 3 to get the points for rescuing Lolly. But this leave no time to go downtown. Which means no Audacious, no camera, no Kate, no Debby and no Katsumi. Points are also low at 137.
