I am currently out of ideas to improve my best run (10 girls, 177 points, published here). So I had another look at the double delight path with Teagan and Maria at Bigdong Falls. My previous best for a double was 154 points (not published). Now I have been able to improve that to 165. The path contains lots of trade-offs to get there, so I still think it is not a good preparation for day 5. On the plus side is that I didn't use the pendulum yet. Had no time to activate it. Path taken as usual on the last tab of the attached xls. Next stop, revisit the 11-girl runs?
There are a couple, but they are not easy to follow. Some of the directions don't match the current version, either.
I can assure you that the xls'es I have published here are up to date. The last one yesterday has all scenarios replayed with the october update of V.04. Look at the screens published with them what girls they have targeted. Also there are a number of step-by-step instructions posted in this thread for specific girls. Search for them.

I was able to improve a little bit on the 11-girl run, but not by much. I think this will remain a curiosity to show that it can be done. But it is a bad preparation for day 5, even worse than the double-delight path with Teagan and Maria. Summary, paths in tabs ot attached xls:

Shift O. But a warning, if you don't even know how to open the console, you are unlikely to do usefull things once there. Beware of indiscriminately changing things. You will almost surely bork the game.
