Does anyone know where the entrance to the Underground Zone area with the Mafia Enemies is? It's a repeatable mission after you escape, but it doesn't look like you can reach it on the World Map, or via the Slum Underground City.

What do I have to do to get the "Watch a certain H event" title? And also, what's the "Max Level"?
Head to Bunny Selection, speak to the bar girl, and choose "Go to auction venue".
I think that's bugged. Finished the game multiple times including on the hardest difficulty but they never showed up. The scenes can be unlocked in the gallery though. Luckily you don't need them for 100% completion.
