The dragon cave is north of Rouya Valley shrine for anyone who's searching for the answer in the future
Dazed, there's mistranslation for the unlock condition of Sub Karma in the recollection room, it's the Lust 140 one for Hisame. Shikotsugahara should be Shikokke Plain, north of route 35. I'm actually not sure which of the the two is the right one, I think it's actually Shikotsugahara, gahara is the suffix for battlefields and that works more for that location, just pick one and make it consistent though.
can't go into the dragon cave because a fella blocks, and Gensai doesn't give anything at all.

Got some seriously play here... This game make me remember about persona my first play game in turn based... Seriously you need some patient , patient, and patient... Talk to the guy in front of the dock if you have found Koroku in the same village, you need a ticket or some document from him, i am playing the game in japanese version so not sure the exact name for it
