So i joined the Patreon membership today to get the latest version and support the dev as well. but the download link isn't working anymore. what should i do? this is my first time joining a membership on Patreon
Well, in general you'd need to contact them on patreon to report it, likely via the a comment.
Though in this case the version here is the most recent patreon version. A word of caution before supporting ANY patreon (or other crowdfunding) project, look if they're consistently posting news / updates to the supporters. You can see the title of supporter exclusive posts even without supporting them, which can give you an idea how consistently they're working on the project. Obviously spend your money how you want, but just a warning that many patreon projects die and continue collecting money for months or years without providing anything.

How do I get there? I asked the mechanic girl to untie me and after that i speak with the Goblin but i can´t say something to him

Get good or use cheat engine to give yourself xx / skillpoints or fins a save someone shared that already did that.
Some advice, repeatedly do the "turn in iron" quest and "slay angerox" (probably spelled that wrong) quests. They're relatively easy to do and will let you build up cash and some XP. There's a cave in the city where both iron and angerox spawn. To mine get a pickax and use it on the blue crystals until it starts giving stone. The angerox are in the cave, you need to hug the lefthand wall and watch out for holes in the ground before reaching them. Use the heavy attack once on them, then roll and run away to get some distance and repeat. This should let you beat them with minimal risk.
Some questions:
1. Where is the brothel? Is it the same location as Inn/strip?
2. How to restore white/yellow/green bar? MC has stucked in spider web and there is no stamina/energy for tapping space
3. Does it mean that low white bar limits stamina and health?

1: yes
2: I don't recall for escaping purposes.
3: The white bar is "holy power", which acts like a fast recovery option (which depletes it when used) and as a multiplier for the max values of HP, mana (IIRC), and stamina. So, if you have 100 white bar, you might have twice as much max HP.

Nice game btw, but i think for the enemy is too hard to defeat , and maybe u can give some feature like 1 or 3 page for saving the game in the case if we get trapped or get g*angbang or maybe i can't escaped by anything mobs, i still have for the latest Time
