I dont think this is the case.Obviously we wont get the release this June, but I think first half of July it will be. They planned the 1 version release in early may, so I think that right now its nearly ready considering that the stuff they are doing now is menus and bugfixing

LOL you must not know Animopron. When he was releasing BTQ, he delayed releases for MONTHS, with constant "Next week" promises.

I know, and hope it is not the case right now. He has posts from 2019 with the map finished and other stuff, I suppose that he is always delaying because he said the first realease will be 2-3 weeks after the trailer which was December 6-th.They are 3 man team with a huge game in development. Before that he posted lots of new stuff, this scene, that scene, these mechanic improved , this cutscene implemented. I understand the unending delays but right now there is really not so much reasons for it. Just bugfixes and stuff. I suppose they are really trying to get us a almost finished product for 1-st release without ton of gamebreaking bugs( which will be of course). It is a huge game for porn-games community and is indeed very high quality(animation, character, plot, full voice over, secrets, stunning locations), which requires a lot of polishing. The teaser was released for delaying the initial first release in first half of may, which means Animo wanted to apologize a little for the delays, which I think is a signal that they will try to finish it as fast as possible. I am going to wait as much as needed if the game will be as it was shown in development updates. My guess: First half of July- 1 August is limit. Just my thoughts.

the amount of times I had to restart, just becuz of it (and since body/face customs don't save, had to redo those) heres hoping he fixes it in new, public release (yes, i tried alt+tabbing out. no dice ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

if animo says they about to release it, that just means few more months. Or a year. Do not expect anything soon. I personally do not expect anything from any artist in here when they announce things like that.
When its out, its out. Thats it.
Oh I'm sure they'll milk it for everything it's worth on the patreon shekels train with near constant "Update soon!" and still image posts. Maybe they'll even throw a gif in occasionally to try and keep people subscribing.
Animo is the only content creator I know of who posts release dates for release dates.

Bruh, there are videos with development every 4 days nearly. I dont know about milking. There are creators like Lord Kvento or other 3d game developers that realease mearly a demo with small updates every 3 months having 5-10K a month on Patreon. Here is a full game, with plot, quality animation, optimisation , voice acting, cutscenes, which is a lot for 3 developers. I really dont care about the 6 bucks i am paying a month for that kind of content and news. I understand why someone wouldnt want that, but complaining about the creator's payed content on a pirate forum is just not worth it. You will get it for free anyways

Yeah, my potato 2016 laptop with intel integrated graphics runs this game with 50 fps on low settings. What you mentioned are bugs that are already fixed (I suppose, not sure, he said that they did) where other UE games dont even run, or run with 10 fps with graphics way worse than that game.(which the version you played is just a teaser, cut off from the main game, which of course its bugged, here I cant say anything good about the bugfixes which is NOT optimisation)
