Inside the game folder there is an icon that takes you directly to the game's save folder, called opensavefolder. Just put the save there and it works, at least it worked for me.where is the save location guy ?

I seem to have the same problem. Did you find a fix?
The error seems to be caused by the savefile not being set properly when running the setup file. Guessed from the error message that follows and running the OpenSaveFolder.exe file not working.
Error from NicolasA123 says: Failed save to file [Ixseal_AFCGMode.asd].
1.Check Write permisson for folder: [User]\Documents\AliceSoft and [User]\Documents\AliceSoft \Beat Valkyrie Ixseal ( Go to Folder Properties. Check Attributes. If Read-Only is on then uncheck it )
2.Try run as Administator.
3. Use tweak from Robert Clarence to make game save to game directory instead of the Documents folder

The third solution worked as expected, thank you and Robert Clarence for the file. For those who have the same problem later and want to make a fix or smth, here is some information:
First solution:
- [User]\Documents\AliceSoft already had a few other AliceSoft games in it and they worked fine. All permissions were granted already.
- [User]\Documents\AliceSoft\Beat Valkyrie Ixseal did not exist, I guess it was an issue with the installer.
Second solution:
- I ran with admin rights for both the Installer and the game.exe. Even tried running with Locale Emulator - JP. The only thing it helped was the error message after that did not have the font error....

Since you've played the game, may I get a review? Specifically about how the tentacle and birth scenes play out; does the MC just stand there off camera, watching?
Brutality is not a status. It is a value. Affects endings and H-scenes. For more info check gallery on title screen.

Tentacles and birth scenes? Well, you can get them if you lose to certain bosses. But like... Birth tag is for second girl? Where insects crawls out of her. Ugh... Don't really like it. There is also some "slime" and other scene where MC being one, as part of cosplay but that's all. Though... I didn't really read loss scenes, so i can't say anything about them. Sorry
