You can be straight, or bisexual, and still can have a (dis)like about futa/trans.

There's a a short episode where MC imagines that she has a cock. It's not avoidable for the main route. But It's avoidable for the lesbian route. Later in the game, you will meet a trans character. This character will be 100% avoidable.

So if I am to understand this correctly we currently can choose (later in development) whether we want hair or not but there is currently a vote against hair?
If this is the case I would say leave the choice for hair or no hair purely because while there are fewer of us who like hair than there are people who don't, it is (in my experience) very difficult to find a game that strikes my interest while also having hair.

No, they're placeholders. You have to progress in some of available fetishes to unlock them. It's not available for now.
