I have played this game multiple times, and never learned the exhibitionism (EX) trait. I used the walkthrough guide for the first time, today. You won't learn any lewd traits through organic choices you make. You have to watch a video of it first. *rolling eyes* I highly advise everyone playing this to use the walkthrough guide. If you don't want to cheat your stats, you basically need to use the walkthrough.
I still find it difficult to even watch something lewd. I need a more thorough guide.

Because of the high anal skills Lisa asked Hunter to ignore her pussy. You can turn off this autochoice in menu Preferences.

Use the ?-Button on the top right. Choose Fetishes and the game tells you what you need to do to progress your chosen kink (scroll to the bottom).

The walkthrough is of more help than the ?, and both have proven useless to this point. "Watch a couple have sex on the backyard." Never an option to watch something lewd, and then do that. I'm going to cheat my stats if I ever give this game another chance.
That's a good point. In the early versions there was not that much content, so it was quote obvious that you had to watch something lewd on the laptop first.
But with the bigger amount of options in general this became a bit of insider knowhow to those playing BatT a lot longer.
The necessity fo watch lewd for progress might be mentioned somewhere at the start but objectively seen I can imagine it's easy to miss between the options.

The full 4.0c version for PC/Windows is a .7z file (about 8.5GB) and contains a file named "BT.exe".
Maybe you downloaded the update only or a MAC version?
More help is only possible if you tell us the complete file name of your downloaded zip.

Just to add a bit of info to help debugging: it's happen in the evening when clicking on the option to invite Sandra while Amy lives with us.

A little bug I found.
When Mia (the pizza girl) arrived, Liza was in red lingerie.
But while she was searching for money, she switch to her white loose top.
Also, not really a bug, but the last time Lisa ordered a pizza, she opened the door totally naked.
But Mia hadn't a stronger reaction than when Liza opened before topless, and just comment about her being topless.
Anyway, I like that pizza girl, hope there will be more contents with her in the future.
Perhaps, we can invite her to share a slice of pizza, and get more action with her ;-).
Or meet her outside her job schedule (perhaps at the beach or in the park) ?
