For the compressed links for downloading still has the file titles as 0.3.5b similar to what it says in for installing the week1+week2.rpa for having it work.
Once you get to EX 40% go to work at the Drunken Monkey and take the option to work on the computer - you'll be given the option to Show Exhibitionism. Take it and EX will increase to 47%

Have some minor bugs for you:
1. during the first amy chapter (where her boyfriend cheats on her and is punished by the twins), an "amy" reference in an extra content label is named {mc} instead of amy (sorry, didn't make a note back then)
2. june 15, "Lisa" is hardcoded instead of {mc}. Found it in maria.rpy:602 - centered "After a nap Lisa feels better."
There are a few more plaintext "Lisa" references in the code in minigame1.rpy (but I haven't seen them in the game yet), in w4d4.rpy and in screens_hints.rpy.
3. while I'm at it, found a typo (look for "Alaram" instead of Alarm)
If you're using linux, this is how you can find those occurences (using "ack" and grep to remove the occurences in comments):

How do you get rid of the tan? I went to the beach and have a tan that's been around for weeks.
Why would you want to? Her tan lines are the best bit.
yeah, even though on OP it says Mac(v0.4.0c) all the downloads are either still 3.5b or missing. zegamez, please let us download the Mac version of the update.

For what I know, it's purely visual. I don't think it has any plot wise effect. At least, I never get any reaction in the game about keeping pubes and armpit unshaven, apart from Lisa inner thoughts when you choose to shave or not in her bathroom.
Just know that the option you choose affect all the girl in the game.

Ahw ... stop imagine things. These are different games and it's purely coincidental that there are two similar looking sisters which have the same names, you can give them in the other game.

As far as zegamez mentioned in the past, there will be two romance paths. Hunter is the male romance, but there will be a female romance. Besides that, Lisa can have interactions with several more characters which cannot be romanced.
