I'm playing the game for the first time. I usually try to follow a single path, like Lisa's, Jane's, or Anna's.
In this game, however, there's Seline. Is there any way to avoid her path?
Or does the game allow multiple paths that don't conflict? And if so, which ones are they?

You can pretty much avoid anyone you want. And there WILL be conflict down the line if you attempt multiple paths. (except for a designated throuple path).

If you mean Selina's route/scenes at the beginning of the game then no, it's not optional (as far as I remember), BUT, at some point you will be given a choice to end things with her.
All other girls are optional from the start.
As for conflicts - as Milton mentioned, if you'll keep dating everybody in a game at some point they will call you out on your fucking around and everybody except Lisa will ditch you.

yeah, of course that's what I expected, so I don't want LI's paths to conflict
But I saw the first scene with Seline, a little later I chose to ignore the messages she was sending, but soon after MC went to her house. So I thought her path wasn't optional.

hey uhhh... my game seems to have the gallery fully unlocked even though I haven't completed the game once. I had installed the cheat mod, but clean installed the whole thing and wiped my saves and yet the gallery stays unlocked. Is there anyway to lock it? cuz I'd like to unlock them myself through the game

I did. Those were the saves I meant when I said I deleted my saves. Are there any other saves I should worry about?

They're also inside the game folder, but if it's a clean install they shouldn't be there.
I would make sure the game is closed, delete the entire folder called 'save' inside the 'game' folder. And then delete the entire BARS folder inside the appdate/renpy/folder. That will ensure you get rid of the 'persistent' file where the gallery unlock data is stored. Then reopen the game. They should all be locked.

Also, the walkthrough is just to unlock as many scenes as possible but not to reach the best ending, right?

This doesn't really have a 'best' ending. There are just a multitude of endings to explore. All end up happy/successful and your favorite/s will come down to which girls you like and the type of ending you are looking for.
Tip: if you try to juggle multiple girls, it will bite you in the ass. (Except your bandmates, they're ok).

I would have been a lot more into this game if the older sister was an LI option. I thought she was cool, smokin hot of course and an all around awsome lady (It was a while ago when I played this so can't remember her name). Its a shame though. I think the game gave hints that they had a close relationship but I guess the dev was just teasing.
