Grandma Millie isn't supposed to spawn at the beach or nude beach locations. That was a bug and we just addressed it. It is already updated at the online version of the game.

You can cheat freely using the web browser console and making modification using Sugarcube.state.variables.VARIABLE
You could also use https://f95zone.to/threads/become-someone-v0-4-5-sasuke112.27885/post-3479768 the "hacked" version he posted but this is not using the latest version of the game (I patched a few bugs since he published it).

The thing is, I downloaded the "big version" with longer videos from the website. I expected to keep those videos and add the patches on top.

If you downloaded the long video version from the website you are then a patreon and you can access patrons patches. Or you found a way to download it without paying. You can still download the full archive here and merge the folders without replacing the files you already have and you will then keep long vids.
