I need to switch from Russian to English and then I can play - it helped me.
Yeah there is genuinely no point in downloading the newest update until there's a hotfix or something. You can't even leave the house, no cheats, and the saves are all scuffed to hell.

Yep. This is unfortunately a grindy game so starting over is really annoying.
