Made a quick incest patch.
version: [v0.1]
feature: Eng only. Changes few lines, makes mc refer to Lisa as Mom.
pc install: Unzip it into the "game" folder.
notes:
I might have missed something, if you spot any lines with the old or new content that should be changed, let me know(preferably with a description of the scene and line text, a screenshot would also help).
This patch should be compatible with future versions(unless the dev changes the code).

Sorry but I do need to ask - is "deviant" here meant to mean something as vanilla as "fucking a family member" or are there supposed to be some kinks involved eventually that would actually deserve being called that...?

In what world something like this is "vanilla"?
In this fantasy world of porn games, where incest is basically built into half of the games, while the other half have patches for it. Context DOES matter. If you can't tell the difference between this and the real world, you should not be here.
