Found a normal ending and a true ending. I really enjoyed the story.

the conclusion is if you play a detailed male MC the player feel like wearing the "green hat"
the only exemption if its part or full gay game for obvious reason

Hardly. If a game has a male protagonist and unavoidable "sleeping around" on the girl's part, 90% of the time it's a game made solely for the purpose of cuckold fantasy, a story where the only objective is to get cucked and enjoy it, thus making the protagonist a cuck by definition. There's nothing wrong with being accurate.
But if by "sleeping around" you mean rape, I rarely ever see anyone calling the protagonist a cuck in that situation, unless he actually enjoys the whole thing, which is rare.

Well even if they do not call him a cuck, they scream bloody murder (I mean bloody NTR) if someone rapes a female. Usually even if the girl does not have much with the MC to begin with. The ideal vanilla dudes game is a world where he is the only male.

Completely virgin route is not possible, but at least so far it seems like any scene after the prologue can be avoided.

NTR is part of a subset of more extreme sadistic/masochistic fetishes, and any extreme fetish will receive the same response (e.g., scat, guro, etc). I personally like NTR and I don't mind scat, but guro kills my boner. It's disappointing to feel attracted to a game's art, characters and whatever only to find out that there's unavoidable [insert degeneracy here] in large quantities, and it's totally reasonable for people to voice that dissatisfaction. One can find it annoying, but the complaints shouldn't be bashed unless they bash you first. The only thing more annoying than vanilla elitism is getting defensive over a kink, which is why many of those discussions end up getting deleted by the mods. Not to mention how NTR seems to be trending recently. Even I am getting sick of it.

Looks like you can get all endings in one playthrough, the true end final fight is annoying because you go from one boss fight right to another without being able to stock up on supplies, and I'd ran out of potions 
You can avoid the fukumentouzokunokougeki.png error by keeping away from the bandit enemies, the error only occurs when they do a basic attack, failing that kill them quickly lol.
Also the game needs the Mind Control tag, there's several enemies that make use of it, it's also a plot point.
If anyone wants to try the true end final fight I've attached my save, I don't think I have enough supplies to beat it, but then again I've only tried it the once.
Edit: Attached zip now contains completed saves. Save 19 is within the gallery, and save 15 is on the route before the final boss of the true end.

edit your stats with rpg editor if you cant beat it.
This game is a fucking exercise in frustration. When you fail to break free from restraints it defaults to attack on next turn which does FUCK ALL, so if you get annoyed with the game and hold in z to go faster through the tedious and NUMEROUS fights you might get screwed over big time. And who in that development team had the bright idea to give the first boss a stun attack? Whoever that is should be castrated.
This game has a lot to offer, I think. There are some interesting mechanics. But it is also the first H game I've actually ragequit. Fuck this game.
