I really like the art style of this game but I have a few questions before trying it. Is it possible to avoid the futa character? Also can you avoid scenes where other guys get with the girls like in some of the previews? I really don't like to share, or are there simply no choices in this game and you are forced to just go with whatever? Lastly any other games with this art style?

I think the gameplay is pretty linear, at least event-wise. Your encounters can be in different order (though I always go straight to Harah and make her my concubine), but big stuff (like the Harkonnen sneak attack) will always happen. There are some story elements that necessitate dealing with futa-Yueh, however.

David's art is delightfully unique (it's what brought me to F95), so it's hard to find a comparable game. You can checkout more of his work on Vega Hunters.

theres only one futa character and yes u can skip anything involving her completely, and for scenes where other guys get with the girls theres some scenes where it will always happen like the ending with lady jessica, or when u revive duncan, or when which of your wives get captured by the harokken. He does have another game called vega hunters that does have a thread on here which i think he said he be working on this month actually

There's a bad end scene I see int he list that I have never seen in the game, one where Alia sits on the throne with Jessica and the Reverend Mother and two guards. I assume it's a bad end but I've no idea how to trigger it. help?

I think it was mostly polish that was added. From the time I first tried it, he hid the debug bar, added some more pieces of dialogue and such. Edit: and finished some illustrations, and added some more too.

How faithful is this to the source material minus the porn? I can't enjoy porn parodies without accuracy to the source.

More akin to the early PC games versions than the books.
Agreed, looks like a direct parody of Dune (1992, Cryo Interactive Entertainment):

PS: I'm really hyped for the 2020 Denis Villeneuve adaptation, it's gonna be awesome.

yes, you can avoid the futa.

no, there's unavoidable ntr in the game. you can't prevent chani, harrah, jessica, etc. from fucking other people. i'm not into it either, but david seems to be into some fringe fetishes. example, he's obviously into men giving women golden showers. both that and ntr gross me out, but that's what he likes so not much you can do about it.

Lastly any other games with this art style?
that i know of? only his other game, vega hunters.

edit: to the pedantic guy about to fuss about the true definition of "ntr," please spare me. i'm just answering his question.
