I don't understand the difference between SWF version and EXE remake? Which one is the newest?

The 2. whatever version is the remake, newer, and currently unfinished. The 1. whatever version is finished.

I understand that the EXE is a remake of the game, but which version of the SWF? And which one is newer regarding the above 2?

This is the most recent update, v14.3 was the original so v2.3 is the current remake the swf version on the first page is the original/old

If I'm not mistaken this is taken from one of his latest patreon posts. It should therefore be new and not in the game yet.

There is a similar sketch in latest Dune remake (2.3?) but not colored AFAIR. To see it just tell your momma to go swimming naked. After entering sietch of course.

I don't think so, this may just be to add on to the scenes present from the original where jessica changes from clothed to nude.
