I couldn't find the original eye make up for her, so I did some texture editing. Morphs on her are very tricky. I had to play with lots of dials to get that result. Also her torso skin bump and normal maps needs to be lowered drastically. I hope this helps

Just like the nostrils, the lips move according to the expression, it's not something immutable, even if I agree with you on the fact that I can still improve this aspect.
On the other hand, the hardest thing to do is the eyes, the look, I think.

I believe that the eyes are less of an issue when you can have the right assets. It took me a long time to find suitable assets for Mona and when I found something satisfactory the looks came almost naturally. Hey Arcanjo_Fel, I used Mindie's skin on Jade because Mindie's eyebrows matched with Jade's. I didn't try FWSA Blair skin on her yet but I could try it on my next promo style render.
About your Josy model; looks good for your first attempt. Her eyes and chin/jaw areas need some works if you ask me.

Looks like she's about 3 or 4 years younger, but I still like it.
I'd keep that model then maybe pair her with a younger Maya, put them in school outfits and call it "BFFs". It could be like a flashback to how they met and became friends when they were at school.

!I don't know if you retouched her mouth or it's just that gesture, but it looks a bit off compared to some other renders you've posted. It looks maybe a bit too wide or something.
