Wow, those are some high settings. What resolution do you render at, and do you find that that many samples/upping the quality really makes a difference? I may have to try that out!For me its Minimum 15k samples now, although my sage set was 50k at 2.5 quality and 98% last couple i've been doing 100 quality at 100% at 15k including the one I had going now. The sage set took about 4-5 hours each one. I posted one of WIP of emily in the halfway house thread at 15k 100Q 100% that took I think around 6-7 hours.
Until I read the above post, I mainly stick with the 95% convergence and 1.0 quality. Usually around UHD ish res, though cropped. My last pic as seen above ended up taking 2787 iterations and 23 minutes at 3040x2080. I have a 3090 though, so if you are running a slower (non 3080/3090) GPU, it will take longer. My 1080Ti would probably have taken an hour+ for that render, easily.Mind if I ask you guys what are your render (progressive Rendering) settings? and how long (average) does it take to render 1 scene?
The resources are found linked from the first page. Beyond that, I don't think anyone has shared anything. Would be really nice if someone with an eye for this sort of thing could stick to just a few morphing products and share the resulting actor/subscene for us to use, though. I spent way too much time trying to get it right, and honestly I started to feel like DrPinkCake changed her morphs a bit over time..Someone write me the body, hair, and how to properly adjust the face to be more like the original sage, I just don't get it very well
Resolution I do it at is 1920x1080, I used to do the 4k one, think it was 3900 something but it took forever to render stuff. For me 1080 is a good trade off for the time it takes and quality. And yes I think those samples and quality do help as long as the lights are correct and you use good skins and textures, I'm pretty sure all the ones BADIK have are high quality skins. Between my previous renders and the Sage set I posted it looks to me like the Sage set is a lot better especially the bottom one.Wow, those are some high settings. Revenge for locking MC out and how she treats Maya. Here I am with my usual idea/request because I can't digital art for shit. I really want to see someone's interpretation of that pretty much prophesized scene where we get revenge on Quinn for locking us out and making us streak. Where she's the one having to naked run, of course.
Didn't realize how badly i needed long-haired (looks great along with the braided bits), medieval/Viking themed Quinn in my life until now.
Quiiite a bit more extreme than I was thinking, but I'll still say thanks for taking my idea and doing something with it. I appreciate that you looked at my post and envisioned it. You're greatRevenge for locking MC out and how she treats Maya.

Once again thanks a lot for very constructive adviceTshaw17 the lighting looks much better, but play a bit with intensities. For instance, the hanging lamps likely have lower wattage bulbs so they might be a bit dimmer, and put a key light on her front left side to lessen, but not remove the deep shadows on her face and eyes. Even though this is porn fan art, the most important part of a portrait is the eyes, and your viewers need to see them.
Bella is not the only one with the lure of the pool
In my experience, it's usually about the lighting. If you have multiple light sources in the scene (or sometimes just one very bright one) it ends up taking a long time and ends up a bit grainy. What I always do is render one light source at a time, then combine them all in Photoshop, that also gives you more control over the general lighting of the scene. As for the grain, did you have Post Denoiser on?Mmm render time was very long on this one. And some parts still look grainy...
