You're missing a lot and messed up the whole timeline after the midterms and period between Halloween.
I won't be too precise, because I then have to to dig a 2 episodes script, but to be brief:
4. At the first party planning at Quinn's room Sage tells MC that planning of such party takes week(s). Let's assume at least 1 week, probably a couple, though. Maya/Josy/Sage/MC squad are not going to the Burkes right after the midterms. It took some time and it was clear. This happened in the holidays (which they got after the midterms, probably a 2-week holidays). Maybe in one week, maybe in a few days after midterms, but we see the Burkes scene as a kind of a flashback at the end of EP8 which is continued as a flashback in EP9. MC learns about Zoey during this meeting. They arrange a meeting in the park and he tells her about the incomming party and invites her to it. It's in about a week before Halloween +-. They already finished planning, started preparations, but hadn't finished. So it's safe to assume that it was a 2-weeks holidays and Burkes event happened somewhere in the middle of it. 1 week rough.
5. Not in 1 day, nor in a 5 days. Costume shopping happened definitely after the Burkes. Let's assume a few days past after that meeting. So in before some days of Halloween. Probably 2-3 days beforehand.
6. Not a 6 days. Nor after the #5.
7. Right, it's Nov, 1. And now roll back a 2 weeks and spread mentioned events in this period accordingly. Midterms ended in the mid of October +-
There was no students and teachers in the classes in the holidays period, so it's safe to assume that the class where MC and Maya had some fun during the party stayed untouched for the whole 2-weeks holidays. Maybe there should be some janitor or somebody else to came, but since there was no people, no classes goed and so on, so it wasn't needed.
Anyway it's a game and a lot of bigger and significant missteps and inconsistencies happened from time to time before. And you shouldn't demand too precise treatment for such small details. Sometimes it's just required for plot and story to left it as is even if it feels a bit off or a bit unrealistic. Such technique is used in movies and tv shows here and there so often. It turned out nice for underlining the Throuple branch dare game stuff as well as break up with Throuple. Such different emotions. Treat such details in this sight, don't overdo it or do a high math of days of janitors or you will spoil your game experience and emotional investment at some point.

I pretty clearly stated going in that this was just about trying to cram in as many events as possible, as if it were one immediately after the other, to see if even then the timing would make sense. In any case, trying to figure out how much time has passed will get even worse, Episode 10 blazed through November to get to Thanksgiving. It doesn't really feel like we've been dating these girls for 3 or 4 weeks by the end.
I know I put in a bit of effort to outline this thing, but this isn't crap like CinemaSins or even a Dalli post. I'm being tongue in cheek about the time frame, and I love the joke itself, the whole thing just feels like a bit of a stretch. There's no need to try and make it seem like I'm seething with nerd rage.

The time jumps will remain the same or even become bigger to reach the end of the spring and first MCs year at college in remaining episodes. We will not back to the day-to-day pace as it was in the first season, nor to the periodical 2-3 days skip as it was in second.
However I liked how this time skips were managed in EP10. Maybe not perfect sometimes, but mostly it was ok and coherent. Like, a couple days old time's sake day-to-day pace, then 1-week gaps between major events like parties, holidays and so on.

In my opinion few chances, it is a major event that can happen only after solving the problem of Patrick's blackmail. it could be the end-of-chapter or end-of-season twist should it be a canon event

We're currently in the middle of Season 3, after that there's still one more season with 4 EPs, that's 16 episodes total. You're gonna be here for quite some time friend, because with current devtime, we won't see this game end before 2030.

I was replaying the game last week and started seeing things i missed , like when you're drunk on Bellas's house ,
there's was a shelf that was not flush to the wall and the window behind it was open , as if someone open the window from the outside and pushed the shelf to get in the house .
then you explore the living room and found 3 rooms (left is a studio , center is a bathroom and right is locked)
in the studio room we found what we assumed is a mannequin but is it? because if you pay attention and look closely , it moves , when you first saw it the mannequin's back is flush to the wall but when you get close to the door you notice that it shifted to the wall where the tribal shield is thus you never seeing the mannequin right side of its face.
then you learned about Jade's husband having the hots for Bella and trying to hooking up with her and at the start of episode 9 we seen that someone broke in into Bella's house , because of the song playing i'd assume it was christmas but by the end of episode 10 we know that Bella is having a thanksgiving dinner with the gang , so i think that the break in is happens that day.
and if you compare the mannequin with someone;s ex-husband it's almost a match !
so we might had catch this SoB , breaking in and spying on Bella but because we were drunk , we didn't give it a thought .

Ill clear up the Timeline & janitor issues you are having :In the 4 months since Episode 10 released, I don't think I've ever seen this mentioned. But then again, this entire thread is like the horny fever dream of a madman, so maybe I missed it amongst all the theories, memes, and Joshy's cummy kisses.
If you have sex with Maya during the dorm party in Episode 8, you leave behind the bottle of booze next to the teacher's desk/podium/whatever it is, and Dr. Dick's syllabus from the board. Then alllllllll the way in Episode 10, it turns out absolutely no one noticed either piece of evidence of your fun sexy time with Princess Vicky until Bella needed to write something on the board. Like even if you are as generous as possible with the timeline, there's no fucking way no else stumbled on this shit in the meantime.
Let's cheat and compress as much as possible, to see if any of it makes sense (it really won't):
So after a whole week, the janitor never entered this room and saw the bottle. No teacher used that classroom, or needed to write on that particular board, or looked at the floor. There wasn't even another horny couple sneaking in at night to have sex, with their own bottle and stupid sex name like Professor Cock. Thursday and Friday you can write off as examinations requiring specific rooms, so this one went unused after fucking Maya there. But Monday and Tuesday? Does Fuckface and the gang have the only class in that room? And remember, this is an incorrect timeline focused solely on trying to have as little time as possible between these two events. There is most definitely additional time that makes this otherwise funny joke even more improbable.
- Day after the party, Fuckface gets a haircut, then the gender studies final, and later is planning the Halloween party with Sage and Quinn, plus a threesome if you're awesome enough. Let's say this is Thursday (maybe it actually is Thursday, but who cares), to utilize the weekend and stall for time. 1 DAY.
- Friday. The math and English exams are not in the classroom you fucked Maya in. If you're dating Bella she invites you over on Saturday, which is tomorrow (it really isn't, but bear with me). Tonight is the recital, and if you didn't help Jill then you're a monster. 2 DAYS.
- Saturday. After seeing just about everyone you boned all in one place last night, the MC decides on his dream girl/s. You talk to Sage, later that evening is the date with Bella/running to Jill. 3 DAYS.
- Sunday. So far the days are lined up. If you chose Bella yesterday, this morning Jill will get a free show. There's the last free roam of Season 2, the windows are finally being installed. Later tonight, the Maya Squad goes to see Sage's parents, turns out you potentially boned Jade (nice), and at the same time we find out Zoey has returned from San Diego. 4 DAYS.
- Monday. Fuckface reunites with Zoey, he goes costume shopping with MJ/gets his dick tested/talks to Bella about Halloween and Jill/thinks about Tybalt while fucking Sage/hits up his various lovers, and plans the party with Tommy's sage advice. 5 DAYS.
- Tuesday. It's Halloween I guess. The entire day is presumably setting up the DIK mansion, everyone getting their costumes ready, and then the party lasts all night. You break Josy's heart if you didn't choose her and Maya, as well as miss out on that hot threesome. That's a war crime. Monday Nov 2nd class with bella with booze and dr dik scrawled on blackboard
now to minimize wasted time that means 1 week between Halloween party and
breakfast of choosing now the 24th of Oct
making the dorm party now the 17th of Oct
so the time in question 15 days now why did the janitors miss it?
most charitable answer is there are no regular classes from 16 Oct to Nov 2nd and they were supposed to be locked as an anti cheating measure presumably
the only classes that then matter are the testing rooms (ie with bathrooms attached) and they are only checking those as all other rooms should be already locked, and no one had any reason to enter till the 2nd
