I remember there being cheats. and since I had to restart I'd like them again.
Also, what is the vault password?

You probably downloaded the walkthrough+mod for the last version which had cheats. That mod hasn't been updated for the current version yet. So as far as cheats go, unless you use saveeditonline, or console commands (which I couldn't get to work) you're screwed.
