You can't report it because it's not a BaDIK issue, it's a mod issue.
If you got past the Jacob crash, than the fix for modded saves probably wont work for you.
Download the newest version of the mod so you can continue playing multi paths I guess.
Someone else can probably answer this better.
But know that playing with mods will always cause issues at some point.
Maybe, but also, some decent time passed in the game? Maybe enough.

As far as I know Bella's husband either left her or he is dead(perhaps both) so there is no infidelity even if she is still legaly married.
Bella's body proportions while rare still happens so I wouldn't call them particularly unrealistic.
