We can really only guess what they're talking about, but from the previews with Riona it feels like he's asking for advice. About his relationship with his girlfriend or about Zoey in general.

It's just hard for me to imagine that this meeting could happen at the very end. It will probably be short flashback scenes and maybe one freeroam, which could probably be explained by a time skip like last episode.

I think it's happening in the after party, check the beer bottle next to Riona. And from Quinn's expression anyone would say they're talking about their relationship but that Riona preview and how she holds his hand kinda spoils the feeling, so I'd say whoever MC is talking with at that scenery must be his girlfriend and yeah, he's gotta be asking for advice, maybe about Vinny or Burke's fault.
