It's not just gloryhole, 'customers' can pay much more money for full on sex, add in the drugs Quinn is involved in and it should be enough for her and every girl whose working. In episode 3 Quinn stated that Sarah and Melanie fully payed off their tuition and then some. Meaning they've been quite busy whoring themselves out.

I know how much I paid (or rather, my parents paid) for my tuition when I was in college. And that was... a great many moons ago. I can only imagine costs have exploded since then. (And they were already pretty high when I was in school.)
That being said, though, it's entirely possible that the various students in this game aren't actually paying a full 40 grand a year. Someone like Maya - even if she isn't getting any support from her parents isn't necessarily on the hook for a full 40 thou a year. Schools offer "need-based financial aid." So that right there may just knock a good chunk of change off her tuition payments if she qualifies. She could also be enrolled in some kind of "work-study" program which would also help quite a bit. At the very least, she might be getting free room and board for something like that, and not having to pay living costs is a big help for students without a lot of money.
It's almost guaranteed she's under a mountain of debt what with student loans, which is an unfortunate necessity in her situation, but again, if she finds getting her degree to be important enough, she might be fully willing to be throwing a huge part of her wages once she graduates into repaying those loans.
Point is, though, she has options, and while I think the idea of a sorority doubling as a brothel specializing in barely of legal age (Think - the freshmen would probably be just around 18 years old. Hell, I didn't turn 18 until a couple of months into my freshman year,) is a bit hinky in terms of believability, well, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility, either. Meaning that the likes of Quinn and her clique may just be pulling down enough to cover their "extraneous expenses" (food, booze, illicit narcotics) while having some left over to pay outstanding tuition costs.

Nah. A full year of tuition (and residence hall housing) at UCLA is $65,545 (per their website). That's 132 acts (at 500 bucks per). It's pretty safe to say that MC's college is nowhere near UCLA-tier in terms of size and costs. I don't recall if Maya has any sort of financial aid going on otherwise, but selling desirable ass for tuition money is not likely all that difficult. (example: Lily)

Nah. I'm straight, and relatively health (tastes and drives, that is) - and while I agree Sage is quite the fun girl, I'm not the type to try and do MC-levels of juggling, not even when I was dorm-hopping in my 20s. If I had Bella and Maya as options, I probably wouldn't go near Sage due to the crazies.
But I wouldn't blame anybody who did, she is a delightfully fun character.

Plus people can pay a lot more than $500 for a night with a escort girl. If Quinn tries to expand her pimp bussiness to the faculty teachers or to a rich fraternity like the Alpha&Omega i wouldn't be surprised if they payed more for sexual services.

I've known a few strippers in the Nashville, TN area who paid for some pretty nice degrees out of their stripper money. At least one of them (I'm for sure on this) didn't screw anyone for money. That was just dancing money.
