DPC trapped himself into creating some grim cliffhangers at the end of ep10, because whatever he chooses to do, it still won't go along with alcohol, sex and partying.

im not sure i agree with this. attend an addiction meeting and you will find that a very common catalist is partying to try and forget or ignore trauma. its that pain that allows them to blow past any limit they previously had.

I could be missing something, but can't most of the stuff pointing to a DiK 'traitor' be explained by Jamie's missing phone and Vinny shittiness? Rusty and Jacob aren't aware of Vinny's behaviour and they have no reason to think about the phone so it makes sense they'd assume someone inside the house is betraying them, but we have more information than them.

Mate, just open the console and type "minigames = False". No need to redo your routes unless you want it for other reasons. And you can turn 'em back on too (just type "minigames = True"). And it won't break your game because it's undetectable.

So what's this? It's just a post-update list of what we know and what we don't know, starting from Episode 5.

There are answers, and partial answers, to some of those questions already given in the game as of ep 10.

• What's the deal with Bella and James? He’s gone missing. Wasn’t voluntary.
• What are Sarah and Melanie up to? They already knew Chad was gay and were keeping his secret. Their caginess is because they don’t know how much Sage actually knows. Other than that, they’re just playfully competitive whores.
• Why is Quinn working with this drug gang? It’s her dad’s old gang.
• Whom did the test papers that the MC found in the bathroom belong to? Anderson; thing is, we don’t yet know his first name. Dawe Anderson? Anthony Anderson? Ron Anderson?
• Why does Chad keep the lie up that he's not cheating when Sage confronts him? He knows the Alphas can overhear their conversation. It’s why he keeps looking back at the house.
• Did Heather regret blowing the MC? Will more come of their relationship as her unhappiness of Tommy's affairs increases? Yes, and she and Tommy break up.
• What was Vinnie doing / looking for in the mc's room? The game doesn’t say it’s the puzzle box… but yeah, it’s the puzzle box.
• What's gonna happen to Riona now that she's kidnapped? The MC’s going to find her, but then he’ll get caught, tied to a chair, and confronted with photo after photo of all the girls he’s fucked… oh wait that’s Acting Lessons.

"True" and "False" are case-sensitive. To enable the console, just create a file with whatever name you want, but with a .rpy extension (for instance, "console.rpy") and put it in your game folder with the code below (spaces matter -- every new line adds 4 spaces):

init -1:
    python hide:
        config.developer = True

Then, press "shft+O" and, voilà, you have your console enabled.

(This works for most games and not only BaDIK, though, sometimes, you have to change the init value.)

Now... Those are mostly for memes but entertaining nonetheless. You can make any character say whatever you want, like this:

ta "Hmm... It smells like ass... I like it!"

And, voilà, Tara will obey your commands and say whatever you want her to say. The list of characters is in separate script files inside the .rpa packages called "characters.rpyc" (two files) and "characters_season2.rpyc" (the most complete is the Season 3 one), but you can just type any name between quotes and it will work (though it will use the standard color):

"Tara" "Hmm... It smells like ass... I like it!"

You can also create fake menus, like the one below:



Though similar to the one in the game, this menu is fake because you can never have all the options. To create it, just type:

Then, just type the following line (for instance, "Isabella:"; no need to add spaces, because, as I said, the indentation was created for you) and press enter again. It will create another indentation and, then, if you want to create a fake menu, just type "pass" (a command that does nothing but has to be there, otherwise, you'll get an error). Then press enter two times to create another option (the first time, you create a new line to add another command in case you need it; the second, you go back to the menu block, aligned with "Isabella:", so you can add another option, for instance, "Jill". In the last line, you have to press enter three times.

The "if False" at the end of the last option is to create a disabled option. For you to see it, you have to type "config.menu_include_disabled = True".

And "=" is like kinda universal... Even the guys who bombed in my school math classes knew what "=" meant... I think this is Kindergarten level of knowledge... It's like "A", "B", or "C" that even people who don't know how to read probably know what they mean...

It is more about proficiency. Especially in situations that are more complex than 2+2=.

The awesome:

• See best pic below.

The good:

• Ass
• Anal
• Bella
• The above 3 words in the same scene.
• Big reveals/answers about Maya's (and Derek's) background.
• Main events progressing the story (Jade's divorce, Tybalt's... situation, Quinn talking to the MC about dealing drugs, Bella talking to the MC about James, Zoey realizing she fucked up, etc.).
• Some cool new songs.

The meh:

• The Thanksgiving "party" was pretty lame compared to the previous Halloween and DIK parties. Some activities with the MC's main love interest might've made it better.
• The characters are starting to look like each other. A lot. Especially the dudes. For some reason it was more noticible to me this episode.

The wat:

• Don't you hate it when you go to the gym and there's always a random black dude telling you his life story, before he adopts you and starts training you to be the new Karate Kid?

Fuck this shit:

• Having to wait a year for an episode, because:
• Madam (I still don't get this anti-porn content).
• Pointless minigames: fishing, math, English, etc. The minigames involving the characters are fine (party planning, hidden renders, Brawler), but why spend so much dev time on games that were already boring last century?
• Too many branches and (new) side characters that eat up content that could've gone to the main girls. There a some exceptions to this, like Quinn, Riona, and maybe Lily (all of them connect to the main story), but characters like Madam, Nora, and Nicole are just a dead end.
