That depends. If DPC counts the interlude as an episode then season 3 would probably end on episode 11, but I think most expect it to end with episode 12.

I did, neither scene is give any rp bonus or minus , or anything but the beer-pong at least makes it in to Josy's bio, unlike the the kissing, so that is the canon event.

when the ninth chapter came out, DPC announced that we were at 33% of the new season, at which point it might have really seemed like the season ended at the eleventh chapter. but in fact DPC and his strange math counted with the interlude as half a chapter so it counted 1.5 done out of 4.5 total to be done

I just try to put as many activities at a time as possible and I give up some if I run out of money. I find party planner to be quite a fun mini-game tbh.
