You have to understand, these NTR crying dudes have to watch everyone but themselves get the girls in real life, and when they come to their fantasy world only to find other dudes still getting the girls, it's more than their precious egos can take.
But they were doing it beforehand. Meanwhile Sally seemed to suddenly start getting involved more after MC arrives. And DPC's love of soap-opera drama definitely gives her arc the feel of "I should hate how much I want him".
There's a chance that Episode 12 isn't quite so intensive if it follows how Episode 10 had a smaller party, or even has a party at all depending on how the story goes.
