Go for a chick route to be in Jill and Bella route. Take note that you should not engage a scene with Cathy in the car of Bella or else it's over. For Jill make sure you go on a date with her instead of taking care of Sage.

Oh yeah that's the problem, she blames MC for not spend more time with her but it's a surprise date versus a dying sick patient, how can I ignore Sage here? Getting ill alone is fucking scary if you ask me.

I will always choose to take care of Sage unless it's Jill's forced route.

I posted a long time ago, it is a different form of Being A Dik. It was cruel to the max. A sane MC would have already known she had feelings for him. Anything after those indications show a lack of doing almost anything right. Also being completely oblivious or just insensitive to leading someone on. And also, Bella is worth it a hundred times over.

Yeah that's Beth. She's the cafeteria worker who gets insulted if you make jokes about the food. She's also in Gender Studies, attended several DIK parties including Halloween, and Gordon spelled her name with his tongue while licking her asshole.

She's probably just someone's pawn. She has far too little screentime and info about her to really substantiate the idea that she's the mastermind.
