Ok finally done my research here's how you can measure the cup size of a person.
First you need to get the band size. Band size the number that represents the circumference of your ribcage, where the bra band sits.

To determine the band size:
Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your breasts. Add 3 inches to this measurement. For example, if your ribcage is 31 inches, your band size is 34. If your result is an odd number, go UP to the next band size.. For example, if your rib cage is 32 inches, 32+3=35, round 35 up to a 36 band size.

After getting the band size you can calculate the cup size. Cup size represent the volume of tits which is indicate by letters.

To determine the cup size:
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract the band size from this measurement. Use this number to determine your cup size according to the table below.

Difference 0″ 1″ 2″ 3″ 4″ 5″ 6″
Cup size AA A B C D DD/E DDD/F

Example: if your ribcage measurement is 31, and your bust measurement is 37, your bra size is a 34C: 31+3=34, so 34 is your band size. Since 37-34= 3, you've got a C cup.

They are all 34, but they are not the same size.

So we know that 34 means 34 inches in band size (minus 4-5 inches). So each girl measures between 28 and 1/16 (since you're rounding up to the nearest whole number) and 30 inches in underbust. For our centimeter homies that's between 71,27 cm and 76,2 cm, which would put the girls at 70 or 75 in band size.

We also know that the letter means the difference between the under- and overbust in 1 inch increments. So D is 4 inch difference, E is a 5 inch difference, F is a 6 inch difference, G is a 7 inch difference and I is a 9 inch difference.

So measurements of the widest part of their chest for each lady is:
Christie: 38 inches / 96,5 cm = 70H or 75E
Tiffany: 39 inches / 99 cm =70I or 75F
Heather: 40 inches / 101,6 cm = 70J or 75G
Sage: 41 inches / 104,1 cm = 70K or 70L or 75H
Bella: 43 inches / 109,2 cm = 70M or 70N or 75I

All the ladies, except for Christie, is litterally off the charts! The sizes do exist but check "normal" stores I can find up to 75E and I have to go to stores that specializes in larger sizes. I can't even find pictures on google for most sizes (the pictures shows models with smaller bras but list larger sizes like 34I/70M avaliable). According to Google this should be Sage's and Isabella's bra size:
