I've just learnt from another game that you might have to continue dropping in the save fixer to each new game update, but that's no hardship, just something for people to be aware of.

DPC committed to the Others path in a big way. It isn’t a throwaway source of lewd scenes. Quinn, Riona, Nicole and Lily in particular are treated well on it.

Imo it feels like there’s 4 layers of characters now.

Some like Jade or Heather may get their own little path as well. It's a good thing to see because it plays to the VNs strengths of characters and reactivity. A lot of the side girls like Quinn and Riona have ended up people's favourites and it looks like there will be a pay off for that.

It's almost unanimous that Being a DIK is the best AVN ever created. There are some really good ones like Eternum, but overall... there's a real gap between Being a DIK and the other games.

I use URM because i know it doesn't change any variables and you don't have to wait for the mod to be updated to use it.

well, the URM is do something for sure.

in other game where you can be a wolf or an ape, when you unlock the kiwi:

if you do this kiwi stuff while the URM is installed than your game will crash when you try save your progress.

if you uninstall the URM and do this kiwi stuff, after reinstall the URM than you are good. save wont crashing.

you didnt miss any important. there was steam, a few preview, now dpc polishing the game, we didnt get new preview since steam. ep11 looks like march or april and need blame dpc because he ruin the xmas with no update.

after Sage showed her attitude what made me think she will the role what Quinn has. i saw Jill who looked like the typical elite girl with ugly face in a porn game:HideThePain: (why? dpc why? just... why?) but acted like a gold hearted person. however i wasnt sure is she now a good girl for real or a bad girl (a Quinn) for real who show her good side to cover her real side, so it can be a twist in laters.
later turned out Quinn has this role. not these two.
so in my mind Jill was the typical princess in todays with a gold heart or the typical elite who is a hidden schemer.

Also, Jill needs a wake-up call. People are complex, her saying she doesn't believe in the MC because he does good and bad things is a testament to how disconnected from reality she is. People don't just make CHICK choices their whole lives, just like they don't make DIK choices their whole lives either. I'm not surprised Jill was added to the game at the last minute, she doesn't fit in with the wild world of Being a DIK.

I've now finished all 5 main girl arcs, and to me it felt like Josy/Maya was DPC's intended direction, but Sage still felt like the most natural to me.

In terms of rankings, I'd go
1. Sage
2. Maya/Josy
3. Jill
4. Bella

Sage was my first choice and is my "canon" story that I will be playing (I will finish the rest of the stories after), I've loved reading peoples character breakdowns and Sage's flaws definitely resonated with my "I CAN FIX HER" complex that i've struggled with in real life, but also has long term consequences in terms of her finishing college, whether you entertained her mum, how you treated Tybalt etc, which makes me nervous cause I feel like Sage could be the "good ending".

Maya/Josy feels like it's set up for further conflict and the girl in the room with Maya after the halloween party (Melanie?) foreshadows that MC will have to choose (Maya all the way). Jill's story was fine, and Bella's also feels like its set up for failure.

In terms of general story predictions, I feel like Tommy will get ousted from the frat, especially if you're following Maya/Josy's path, Rusty becomes leader and you become vice

Now for the rest of the side characters, I may also re-do my Sage save and try not to get Tybalt and his Mum to hate me this time

I know DPC has a really long dev cycle but he did manage to drop v10 last December. Is there any chance of a Jan/Feb release? He's got to be close having had the past 12 months to work on this masterpiece

I'd guess March. Late February best scenario.
