I agree, among the main L.I. I think Jill is the one going backwards in terms of design. In my latest playthrough most of the ugly design came from the latter part of the game. But as you said if DPC nails it, I can say that Jill is the most beautiful character in my opinion. This is coming from a Sage lover

So I'm feeling kinda dumb for probably missing things here but...

How many lines are there for love interests for MC going from season two to three?

I've only played through 1 and 2 once so far and had 4 options. Josy/Maya, Jill, Bella and Sage.

I made a save before the choice and played through all 4 of those in season 2 and made a separate save for each and have so far played through season 3 with Josy/Maya, Jill and Bella and will probably hit Sage today, but it sure feels like there would/should be more options.

At the end of episode 10 you can get if you are in others: Jade path, Nora path, Quinn path, Nicole path, Lily path and Riona path.
If you have enough time to play BaDIK, you should play at least one Massive DIK run (If you play well our cards , you can unlock all the girls I mentioned).

Is there any way to make money other than finding money somewhere?

You can get Nicole with any affinity if I'm not wrong, but you will lost some content depending of the affinity. For example you need to be a massive DIK to fuck her asshole during Pink Rose first freeroam and you need to be CHICK if you want to cuddle with her at episode 10.

you need a DIK major choice for the first content of her, but otherwise it doesn't matter, in fact in the end there is an extra variant if you are CHICK

Such a waste of a good character with great potential. Mona's troubles kinda came out of the blue in Episode 5. Makes me wonder it was originally supposed to be Camila who left but he changed it because of how well Camila was received since there was some small build-up to Camila being a little uncertain in the first episode.
Was Mona ever even mentioned being part of the restaurant before Episode 5?
It makes me think of the rumor I read (but couldn't find where I read it when people asked) about it, but since I have only ever seen that rumor once, and nobody else seems to know it, I don't really trust it.

Camilla was recruited first, then Mona, her roomate, right before/during Maya's recruitment. Camilla was already all-in, while Quinn was working on Mona and Maya.

I still have time I just finish one right now but I was thinking on starting A.L. before playing this one game because this one game in particular just hot updated and also need to start from the top because of forgerting to download Sancho's save. Now I deleted all my saves so I need to play it from the top. The others 7 games maybe 8 if someone update this one game that just got release today. I can finish in the next 5 days.
